At Green Harvest Tradings, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in the same condition
  • Item must be in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at info@greenharvesttradings.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include: your order number, a clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item, and a brief description of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund (including shipping costs).

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days depending on your bank or credit card issuer.

If you are returning an item due to a change of mind, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company. If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@greenharvesttradings.com

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at info@greenharvesttradings.com.
