Due to international shipping, the device may have run out of power and be unable to switch on. Upon receipt, please charge it for four hours before switching it on.

Thermal printers are only compatible with thermal paper; they cannot be used with standard A4 paper!!! Furthermore, the thermal printing surface must be in strict contact with the print head.
